Custom-Engineered Commercial Water Systems
Solutions
Custom-engineered skids and process trains for unusual chemistry, tight footprints, hybrid loads, or compliance requirements outside the standard product line.
Catalog systems handle most commercial water challenges. The rest — high silica, mixed wastewater reuse, blended well/municipal feed, redundant N+1 reliability, integration with an existing PLC and BMS, code-driven stainless or sanitary builds, mobile and containerized units — are engineered. We design, fabricate, factory-test, and commission.
What Custom Looks Like
- Pre-treatment skids ahead of RO/DI for surface water or difficult well water
- Hybrid trains (softening + carbon + RO + EDI + polishing) on a single skid
- Containerized and trailer-mounted systems for remote sites or emergency
- Stainless and sanitary builds for food, beverage, and pharma applications
- Redundant N+1 designs for facilities that cannot tolerate downtime
- Integration with existing PLC, SCADA, or BMS with branded HMI
Engineering Process
We start with a defensible water analysis and a load profile. We publish a process flow diagram and a P&ID before any metal is bent. We pre-build and FAT (factory acceptance test) before delivery so commissioning on your site is hours, not weeks. Every system ships with O&M documentation, training, and a service plan that fits the criticality.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a custom system take?
Typical lead time is 12–20 weeks depending on complexity and material availability. Mobile/containerized units commonly ship faster; sanitary fabrication and long-lead vessels run longer. We commit to a date with the contract.
Will you integrate with our existing controls?
Yes. We routinely integrate with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and BAS systems via Modbus, BACnet, EtherNet/IP, and OPC. We can also deliver a branded HMI if you would rather have a self-contained interface.
